I'm melting any minute.
2024

  • Acrylic pigment

Exhibited paintings in the Smith Art Building

I'm melting any minute.

I'm melting any minute.

I want to do something about my own emotions. I think of myself as fluid individual, I always examine myself, a combination of fantasy and reality, grotesque stories unfold in my paintings. I think the existence of the self is seen from different angles. The sense of melting in the painting expresses the drowning in the water as I struggle to transform and melt after being battered by constant hurt.

Please Love My Inspiration!
2024

  • Polyurethane foam, ultra light clay, gauze, scar tape

Exhibited at the Corcoran School of Art

I think women often want to be noticed for their inspiration and spirituality, and I want to express this through my installations. Beautiful objects stuffed with jewelry in stockings are a splendid inspiration for many women, and thick stockings wrapped around them are the flesh of women in the male perspective. In the process of displaying the installation, cutting all the stockings and letting the jewels burst out are the inspirations and the richness of the emotions that we want to be seen.

Tears
2024

  • Linen, wool felt, digital works

Exhibited at the Corcoran School of Art

Many times we can't see ourselves clearly, so we will leave tears. And everything is fluid and confused. Can we see our future self through tears? Whose life do we belong to?

The gene conveyor belt
2024

  • Oil painting, wool felt

Exhibited at the Corcoran School of Art

I drew the story of my surgery due to genetic problems, and the process of slowly exposing my scars was a process of slowly accepting myself.
